Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose did not die in air crash and the government had been suppressing the facts since 1956. Even Mukherjee commission suppressed the fact despite the fact that it was constituted during  Alatl Behari Vajpayee’s government. But when Modi government reopened the top secret files of India, the hidden fact came to light that Bose’s air crash story of August 18, 1945 was false, recently claimed by Somnath Bosh, grandson of Late Sursh Chandra Bose was Subhash’s brother.

Somnath is also the national president of Nomo India Bhratiya Samajik Committee, recently visited Simultala in Jamui district where he unveiled the statue of Swami Vivekananda, the great Indian monk who once visited Simultala.

He alleged that the UPA government played an important role in burring the findings of Mukherjee commission on Netaji. Prior to that the two such commissions, Shah Nawaz Committee (1956) and  Khosla Commission (1970), such foul games were repeated on the instruction of government.

In a special chat with new5pm, Somnath claimed that people all over the country still love Netaji constantly. “I have visited most of the parts of this country and was surprised to find how people still remember the great sacrifice done by Netaji still now,” he said. He also added, “When Morarji Desai was the chief minister, he for the first time placed a portrait of Netaji the central hall of the parliament and garlanded it on January 23, 1978 on his birth anniversary. But unfortunately he didn’t show any interest in finding the facts on the mysterious even of Netaji’s death”.

Somnath alleged that before that incident, even putting of Netaji’s photo in any government’s establishment was ‘prohibited’. “But it was Narendra Modi who paid homage to Netaji at Red fort at New Delhi while hosting Azad Hind force’s flag for the first time. He alleged that after surrender episode of Azad Hind force (Indian national army-INA) at Red fort on 1946, not a single soldier of INA was honoured. Even Indian government never bothered to felicitate or even provided job to any INA personnel. But at Pakistan, the government there honoured INA soldiers (those Pakistanis who earlier joined INA) and even gave them jobs there. “Why such discrepancy with the great leader?” he asked.

Somnath lambasted the previous governments for suppressing facts and even manipulating false information like government sponsored commissions like Mukherjee commission. “Many INA people sacrificed their valuable lives for the country, Netaji also sacrificed lots but different types of rumours were spread. What it not the responsibility of the government to find out the truth? Many big personalities like Gandhi Ji used to call him Netaji and people of the country still love and respect him from the inner core of their hearts, than why the government had been keeping silent in solving the death mystery of the great Indian freedom fighter? Who were responsible for such gross negligence?” Somnath raised many such pertinent questions.

“I am not because of the member of Netaji’s family, go and ask the citizen of this country. Are they ready to accept the false claims by the government on the death mystery of Netaji?” Somnath pointed out.

He said that it’s very important to expose the conspirators who managed a big conspiracy with Netaji just for their own interests. “Not only people of this country but let the entire world should know about the real story of

Netaji,” he urged. When asked about Modi government’s approach in this regard, Somnath said that Narendra Modi has done a commendable job with reopening the most secret files of Netaji. “We hope the truth will soon be exposed,” he hoped.

Similarly, the death mystery of the than prime minister, Lal Bahadur Shastri yet not solved as the government at that time didn’t show any interest on it, many alleged.

People at Simultala however  demanded a central holiday on January 23 to commemorate the death of a real hero of the country who ultimately contributed lots for removing British era from India.
